Before sending, please email us at inleverans@naringslivshistoria.se and describe what will be sent, how much, and when. If you're wondering about the best way, just contact us.
For delivery of physical archival material such as paper archives, objects, or analog media carriers, please label each box included in the delivery with a running number and total amount (e.g., "1 of 3") and provide a content list with as much information as possible about what you are sending, such as company name, contents, year, and department. All incoming deliveries of physical material are assigned a traceable order number, and we charge a small fee for reception and unpacking. Note that we do not send automatic confirmations of received deliveries but refer to the courier company that performs the delivery.
For delivery of digital archival material, information about data volume, number of files, and a content list with associated information about the files (metadata) is recommended. Please email us in advance here too, so we can discuss the best way to transfer the files. File transfer services often work well. We charge a small delivery fee for digital submissions .
