Since 1974, we have preserved and told the history of the business community. Our services are carried out by Centrum för Näringslivshistoria CfN AB, wholly owned by the non-profit Föreningen Centrum för Näringslivshistoria. The association's members are companies and organizations, mainly those who have also purchased services from the service company. We are politically independent and are not affiliated with any university or interest organization. The association's statutes form the basis for all our activities.

Board
The association's board is elected at the annual general meeting, which is normally held in May and where all members of the association are entitled to vote.
