Ersta diakoni receives the 2026 Business History Award.

The Centre for Business History annually awards the Business History Prize to the those who have made lasting contributions to highlighting the role of business in society's development.

This year's award winner is, as previously announced, Ersta diakoni, which has demonstrated how historical lessons and a legacy of non-profit entrepreneurship provide direction and energy to today's operations. Ersta diakoni will receive this year's award at a ceremony at Ersta Hospital, where Ersta diakoni's director Stefan Nilsson will also give this year's award lecture.

Welcome to Paulinas kitchen & bakery at Ersta Hospital, Folkungagatan 125, Stockholm. Drinks and light snacks will be served.

The event will be in Swedish only. It is free and open to everyone, but the number of seats is limited, so please register below.

Before the lecture, Ersta inaugurates the artwork "Trikolon till Marie," created in memory of its first matron. Same place, but two hours earlier and separate registration.
