We want to tell the story of the legendary Skeppshult bicycle and are looking for you who have worked at the bicycle factory or in some other way have a connection to the factory, the town, or the bicycle. Share your story!

In 1911, Albert Samuelsson in Skeppshult started manufacturing bicycles, soon under the name Skogsstjärnan. 110 years later, the legacy is maintained by brothers Jonas and Magnus Andersson, who have taken the Skeppshult bicycle into a new era without compromising on tradition, quality, and craftsmanship. Now the Center for Business History tells the fantastic story of the Skeppshult bicycle in a book, which also portrays Sweden's winding road into the modern age.
