For the second time, an international seminar on archives and tourism was held in Lloret de Mar, north of Barcelona. The conference took place from May 13-15 and was organized by the Lloret de Mar City Council, the Girona Provincial Council, and the Government of Catalonia.
The program included academic presentations, lectures from practitioners, roundtable discussions - and a keynote from our CEO Anders Sjöman, who spoke about our operations with a special focus on how companies can not only be made to see the value in their history but also allocate budgets for active archive and historical work.
