Ledarna is Sweden's only union solely for managers, founded in 1905. Ahead of the union's congress in May 2026, Ledarna asked us to create a film that told their story.The result was a 5-minute film which you can watch below (in Swedish only, though, sorry.) It tells about how the organization has developed since its founding in 1905 – and thereby how the country's managers at various levels have also developed.
