At the Centrum för Näringslivshistoria, we are happy to take care of the extensive archives of Kooperativa Förbundet (KF) in our premises in Bromma. We already manage the archives of the food companies ICA and Axfood, as well as other cooperative companies like OKQ8 and HSB. Likewise, various actors in the agricultural movement.
The KF board decided before the summer to deposit the organization's extensive archive and library with the Centre for Business History (CfN). During the autumn of 2019, a comprehensive move of KF's archives was carried out from the premises at Slussen to CfN's storage in Bromma. On behalf of KF, we have also initiated work to create a preservation plan for the archive material as well as a digital archiving policy to ensure that KF's contemporary and future history is preserved.
The Centre for Business History is organized as a non-profit association, where member companies and organizations constitute the owners. CfN, whose mission is to preserve and tell the history of business, is politically independent. The operation is financed by membership fees and income from archive and storytelling services provided to member companies and other customers.Read more about us and our services
